Very pleasant experience with this technician. The spring on my garage door broke after 17+ years of daily use. I called my property manager and they sent Mr Home Garage Doors. The response was within 20-30 min from my initial call to report the issue. After explaining the situation over the phone, the technician was at my place within another 30 min. Inspected the door, provided a temporary solution, since he had to submit a quote to my property management to get the repair approved. Came back on the second day and got the door repaired with a new spring. Took him only 15-20 min (very handy chap). Now the doors works even better than before. The other plus for this contractor is that he communicates very well and provides updates. Very flexible, accommodating and punctual. AAA+ rating would use again. Thanks Mr Home Garage Doors.
